How to Protect Privacy in Condo Chat Groups

The concept is very simple: stop using WhatsApp for condo chat groups. Article 4 of the GDPR clearly states that you should avoid “personal data” in such a way that any digital element could be traced back to a specific person. 75% of employees use messaging systems to exchange data classified as sensitive. Among the information exchanged we find: corporate passwords, more or less detailed credit card details, banking information, etc… The interesting thing is that nobody seems to understand one simple thing: if someone steals your phone and manages to unlock it (assuming you’ve set up a lock) this data will be on the Internet within 24 hours.
