China Sweeps Away CO2 with Green Economy
08/10/2021
Which jobs are most easily replaceable by artificial intelligence?
01/12/2021Summary of previous episodes, to have a clear picture of the situation:
-
Monday, October 4 from 5:40 PM until midnight, Meta’s social networks (FB, IG, etc…) were unreachable
-
For every hour there were economic losses of 160 million dollars (poor things…)
-
On the stock exchange, 6 billion dollars in shares were burned (really?!?! strange…) equal to 4.89%
-
Frances Haugen revealed in a US Senate subcommittee that Meta’s social networks create addiction just like cigarettes
-
In one of the internal documents, made public by Haugen, it is revealed that 32% of teenage girls felt worse about their bodies when comparing themselves to what they saw on Instagram
Do we need more data to immediately intervene on our young people’s awareness of these tools? The problem, as always, is not the tool itself. A hammer can be used to kill, but normally it’s harmless. Social networks can create serious addictions or be extremely useful, depending on how you use them and how much time you invest in them.
We thank computer engineer Frances Haugen, the absolute protagonist of these revelations.
